Each order is packed in a paper box, filled with ordered items, styrofoam and bubble wrap to avoid damage.
The sender and recipient address are printed on the top (front) cover of the paper box.
The items are sent using Slovak Post Office: http://www.posta.sk
While the package is still within Slovakia, package tracking is possible through Slovak Post Office page: http://tandt.posta.sk/en/items
Once the package leaves Slovakia, your local post office will possibly provide a better tracking info than Slovak Post Office (which then shows only brief into like: 'in transit')
Packages arrive in one or two weeks within the Europe, but might take up to 4 weeks when traveling outside of Europe. If you don't get your package within that time from your accepted payment, please contact Jookie for tracking number and possible lost package solving.
If the package seems to be lost, it might take up to 30 days for post offices (Slovak and yours post office) to resolve the issue - either finding the package somewhere, or telling us that the package is lost and they might pay around 40 Euro for lost package (no matter how expensive it was).
